Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the product remains in resaleable condition.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
